1. Courage to Face Giants: 1 Samuel 17:45

2. Courage to Step Out in Faith: Matthew 14:27

"But Jesus immediately said to them: 'Take courage! It is I. Don’t be afraid.'"
When the disciples saw Jesus walking on water, they were terrified. Jesus’ words remind us that His presence dispels fear. This verse encourages us to step out in faith, even in uncertain situations, knowing that Jesus is with us.

3. Courage to Finish the Race: 2 Timothy 4:7

"When I am afraid, I put my trust in you. In God, whose word I praise—in God I trust and am not afraid. What can mere mortals do to me?"

Bible Verses About Courage

David’s trust in God’s protection allowed him to face his fears with courage. This verse reminds us that when we place our trust in God, we can overcome fear and stand firm against any threat.

5. Courage to Shine Brightly: Philippians 1:20

Waiting on God requires courage and patience. This verse encourages us to remain steadfast and hopeful, trusting that God’s timing is perfect. Even in uncertainty, we can find strength in His promises.
